We do not offer any return or refund on products once delivered.
We provide a 7-day exchange policy only if there is a size issue with your order.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our team via email (support@mufasaroyal.com) or phone (+91-7558647994).
Customers must share a clear product unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the issue) as proof.
Without the video proof, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Once your request is received, our internal team will audit the proof (video/images).
If the issue is verified and approved, we will provide you with the exchange process details.
If the audit team finds the proof invalid or issue not genuine, the exchange request will be rejected.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Customers will be responsible for sending the product back to us safely.
Once we receive the product and verify it, the exchange will be processed.
Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
No exchange will be processed for reasons other than size issue.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
